Grupo GOL Corporate Reorganization

GFM was the law firm responsible for the corporate reorganization of GOL Linhas Aéreas and Smiles Fidelidade in Argentina.

As a result of the reorganization of the GOL Group companies in Argentina, designed and structured by GFM, Smiles Fidelidade Argentina S.A. was recognized and registered as successor of Smiles Fidelidade S.A. – Argentina Branch, both by the Office of Corporations (IGJ) and by the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP).

The GFM team was led by its partner Pablo Ferraro-Mila, with the support of associates Maria Cecilia Glinz, Coral Villaplana-Bloise and Giuliana Bustamante, as well as its tax advisor Ignacio Acedo.
